Connections Cafe - Edmonton

Description

Join us for a powerful evening of networking and conversation with other NHPC members. These informal gatherings are a great place to meet other like-minded health care professionals and to explore ways to improve our practices and strengthen our natural health community.

NHPC Board members will be present to greet you and join you in an informal discussion about the association, the Continued Competency Program, education and volunteer opportunities, MTCAP, and to find out what you need from us the most. There will also be plenty of time set aside for you to get to know your local natural health community.

Connections Cafes are member only events: another benefit of your membership with one of Canada's largest voluntary professional associations. These events are free, and snacks and refreshments are provided.

+1 # Nadine Noseworthy 2011-09-13 07:09 Hi Kathy, Connections Cafes are membership meetings and worth 5 credits. These credits count towards Personal Development, and can be used once per 2-yr cycle. For more info on credits and what is eligible:

I too find on-line cafes an excellent meeting form since I have a busy schedule and sometimes find it very difficult to plan my day around a two hour meeting in a city two hours away. This can be a little daunting in the winter time when weather and family obligations can be prohibiting. I'ld love to see more on-line cafes. Reply | Reply with quote | Quote
