This workshop introduces the concepts and practical skills for living life from the inside out. Participants are provided a map for understanding how and why we tend to stray from our centre through the integrative Body Psychotherapy Model. Lecture and exercises are designed to help gather a series of Core experiences and establish an internal point of reference. June 1 and 2 in Edmonton.
