The afternoon intensive workshop will introduce the basics of ayurvedic oils and how to use them to bring about balance and restore health
Includes presentation and discussion; individual hands-on sessions using pure classical ayurvedic massage oils; one on one discussions for massage practitioners.
Neelam Toprani will be demonstrating the use of ayurvedic oils in massage practice and for self-care. She is CEO and formulator of Sewanti Ayurvedic Series and Padmashri Massage Oils.
