Bob Cross
Senior Instructor
Joint Play exercises are an advanced form of therapeutic exercise which allows the therapist to gain greater mobility in a joint. The immobility may be due to muscular or structural deficiencies/injuries and joint play can address both types in a pain free and systematic fashion.
Joint play can be used as an assessment tool as well as a therapeutic exercise; both components will be addressed during this workshop.
The students will learn about the principles of joint play to better understand how the protocol works. They will learn the anatomy of a typical synovial joint and why joint play can be applied to these joints for therapeutic purposes.
Bob is looking forward to working with you in this course!
