These comprehensive 3-day courses will empower you with safe and effective stretching protocols that will compliment your current techniques and strategies.
AIS plays a crucial role in the treatment of issues such as scoliosis and kyphosis, sciatica or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, as well as Shoulder and Rotator Cuff conditions.
There is an Advanced AIS course available for those who have attended the Foundation seminar.
