A nurturing method of healing touch, Ohashiatsu relaxes yet energizes, relieves tension, stiffness and fatigue. Ohashiatsu courses are filled with insights into your daily lives, helping us gain a healthy perspective of how and why we move and react, offering useful knowledge and skills for lay people and professional body workers.

The knowledge, healing techniques and Zen philosophy can be used in your everyday life and shared with your family and friends. The giver as well as the receiver, benefits from Ohashiatsu. This makes the technique different from other modalities.
