-Learn how to perform a 60-min. “Traditional Thai Foot Reflexology & Massage” incorporating a re-usable wooden massage tool.
-May be performed on a massage table, in chairs, or on the floor on a mat.
-Step-by-step picture booklet demonstrates how to stimulate 58-Reflex Zones using thumb and flat knuckle slides plus acupressure with a massage stick.
-Learn 31-cream based massage techniques for feet and lower legs.
-Reflex Zones are discussed as to location, organ function and joint health.
