Finance & Administration

The Finance and Administration team is responsible for all money coming in and being paid out by the NHPC. They also assist in implementing human resources and staff policies within the Association.

Dylan Bagot Dylan Bagot
Human Resources & Accounts Payable Coordinator

Dylan joined the NHPC in September 2013. He handles the paying of bills and makes sure staff gets paid. In addition, the office uses him to hang pictures, get things off high shelves, and move furniture.

He graduated from the University of Alberta in the summer of 2013 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in accounting. While attending school, he paid for his tuition, food, and video game addiction by working in the receiving department at the Home Depot. While there, he put his talent of being able to lift heavy objects to good use. He also worked for a non-profit student placement agency and a law firm doing various accounting-related tasks.

He enjoys working for a non-profit organization largely due to the connection with the members and the feeling of being a part of an organization that’s making a difference. He enjoys working with NHPC staff at the office and his finance department team.

When he's not sitting behind a desk crunching numbers, Dylan's out playing basketball or baseball, watching movies with friends, or feeding his video game and fantasy sports addictions. He also enjoys nothing more than watching the Red Sox and Lakers winning multiple titles.
