What you need to know before you begin the webinar:
 
1.      Register at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid or troubleshoot any registrations issues. If you call the NHPC after 4:30 PM weekdays, or anytime on weekends, we will not be able to assist you.  
2.      Sign in at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to allow for download of GoToWebinar program. You will be asked to download a file. Say “YES” if your computer asks something similar to “Do you want to allow this program to access you computer?” Once the file is saved, open or run it to begin the GoToWebinar program.
3.      Listen with your computer speakers, or call in using your telephone to a toll (NOT toll free) number that will be provided after you register. 

iPad/iPhone: This is iPad/iPhone compatible, however, there is no chat feature with the app so you will not be able to ask questions. Download the GoToMeeting App from the iTunes App Store.
