This type of bodywork is unique in its use of sensitive, gentle touch which invites relaxation. Chronic tension, which once served as a protection, often becomes a barrier, a limitation to the full expression of our aliveness. Learn how to contact and connect with this tension in a way that encourages the client's awareness of these barriers and supports the possibility of change at a deep level. Often words are used to speak into what we see or feel, and this can support the process.

In this 2-day workshop, participants will get direct experience with Rosen Method Bodywork and a chance to observe the effects of the work in themselves and their fellow students.

**This workshop will be at a reduced rate ($80.00 off) for those who take the ½ day intro class at the 2012 Annual National Conference**

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply to any cancelled workshop registrations. All workshop registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to Erica Jones at ejones@nhpcanada.org. Please note: cancellations postmarked 2 weeks prior to workshop dates and 'no shows' are not eligible for refund or credit.

Instructor

Speaker Mariette Berinstein is a certified Senior Teacher, and Director, Rosen Method Cascadia Centre. Mariette discovered Rosen Method in 1989. She has developed training programs for this in Canada, and recently fulfilled her vision of having it recognized as a Professional Training Program in British Columbia. She passionately supports students to discover themselves and the essence of Rosen Method.
