Practice Management

Our Practice Competency Manager provides one-on-one assistance to members, industry, and the public.

They help members navigate their holistic health practice, from day-to-day activities to "the things they don't teach you in school." They also clarify NHPC standards and requirements for both members and non-members.

Complaints Resolution

Our Complaints Resolution Director investigates concerns and complaints about member conduct that may be considered unprofessional as defined in the NHPC Bylaws.
