This workshop would be of value to beginners and experienced practitioners. Participants will be exposed to both theory and the related bodywork. This material can readily be incorporated into your current practice, regardless of your primary modality. Cheat sheets are provided which increases your ability to use the material.
Through the use of slide presentation, demonstrations, practical bodywork with cheat sheets, Q & A/discussion, both theory and practical aspects will be thoroughly explored — the workshop is primarily practical. There will be three segments spread over two days. Put together, they represent both the Foundations and the Depth of this work.

About The Presenter
Rita has practiced Polarity Therapy since 1992 and is a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner and Registered Practitioner with American Polarity Association. Prior to being in the field of healing she was an educator both as teacher and a consultant. She has presented at four NHPC Annual Conferences between 2011 and 2018.
Her practice is largely based on the experience of a ten day residential internship with the Victoria Pain Clinic in 1993. She has drawn on that experience continuously to meet the needs of a broad range of clients. As she approaches retirement she wishes to continue to share Polarity Therapy practices that can be incorporated into other modalities, thus adding dimensions to the work of others.
