Students are taught in a hands-on step-by-step method, following a picture workbook to enhance learning of the techniques. Instructor demonstration will be followed by practice time. Students will have ample opportunity to also receive massage by practicing fellow students.
Your instructor, Sharon Brown-Horton, has been teaching for 15 years and is based out of Vancouver. She is an affiliate Instructor with the ITM Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai Thailand since 2004. This course is the very same, if you traveled to Thailand to take it. ITM recognizes the Certificates of Completion issued by Sharon - if you wish to further your studies in Thailand, you will be permitted to skip to the next level of training.
