In these times of uncertainty, many entrepreneurs are feeling overwhelmed and wondering what more they could do to keep their businesses afloat or to adapt to the new circumstances. To increase your chances of successfully riding the storm, it is important to understand your current business cash flow situation and to apply business best practices.
This webinar will present strategies on how to update your business to generate revenues and minimize expenses and show the potential impact of those decisions through a cash flow example.
The strategies to be presented were gathered from ATB conversations with business owners and through research of small businesses like yours throughout the province.
