  • Thai Herbs and their use as a holistic remedy have been used for thousands of years.  Learn the benefits, properties and uses of 8 different Thai Herbs that make up the Hot Herbal Compress ball.
  • In this 2-day course, students will learn the techniques of applying Hot Herbal Compress Balls (Luk Pra Kob) using steam, in combination with methods of Thai Massage on the table with the recipient in the supine, side lying and prone positions.
  • Students will be shown how to also do homemade herbal compresses with fresh ingredients such as galangal, limes, turmeric and ginger.  **Please bring along a cutting board and a sharp chopping knife & 6-dark towels to the course.
  • This full body treatment combines elements of aromatherapy, deep muscular release, relaxation and detoxification.
  • Students will learn and receive the massage wearing some clothing, such as shorts and t-shirts. Students will also have the option to use draping techniques,  - either with or without oil. 

*Included in the cost of the Workshop are a practice set of 2-Herbal Compress Balls from 'Relaxus'.  These can be taken home and re-used up to 3-4 more times on the same body.
