Workshop Description

This is a series of online interactive workshops, where you will learn a new way to look at nutrition and the role nutrition plays in your overall well-being. You will receive basic foundational knowledge about healthy fats, good digestion, gut health, and much more. 

These fun workshops are an excellent basis for healthy lifestyle and give you a sneak peek into the world of holistic nutrition, including holistic nutrition tips for you and your family. No prior knowledge of holistic nutrition is needed. 

Canada Job Training Grant Opportunity

You may be eligible for the Canada Job Training Grant if you are self- employed or have an employer/clinic willing to sponsor you for this course. You must apply for the Grant BEFORE starting the course and it MUST be approved by the government prior to start of the course. 

Through the grant program, the government may refund you if you are self-employed or your employer paid two-thirds of your tuition. For more information review the Canada Job Training Grant or contact the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (the course provider) directly at 780-437-3933.

About The Presenter

Viktoria graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2016 with honors and has since worked with over 400 women in her virtual nutrition practice. She specializes in helping women lose weight, overcome emotional eating, and develop a healthy relationship with food their bodies.

She has since gone on to take additional training in Culinary Nutrition, Sports & Exercise Nutrition, and Self Compassion & Mindfulness.

In 2019 she earned the title of Holistic Nutritional Therapist with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners.

Using a proven methodology, she has helped hundreds of women develop a healthy relationship with food and establish a healthy maintainable lifestyle.

Pre-requisite

None required. No prior knowledge of holistic nutrition is needed.

This online workshop series would be presented through Zoom webinar software, which lets you participate in this partnered workshop, from your own home, office, or wherever you choose to connect. 

Please note the process:

Step 1: Reserve a spot by registering through the NHPC website in advance (using the "Register for the Event" button above).
Step 2: One week prior to the event, you will be contacted by the instructor directly and receive an email with information on how to register directly with Zoom.
