Ethics Module 1

This module serves as the introductory module that lays the conceptual framework for the remaining modules in the series. It explores why we need to study ethics and professionalism and why we need to behave ethically.

Ethics Module 2

In this second instalment in the NHPC's ethics education program, Ethics Module 2 begins by introducing practitioners to key concepts in professional practice.

Ethics Module 3

This module introduces participants to the substantive requirements of professional practice, informed consent, privacy and confidentiality, and duty to report.

Ethics Module 4

This fourth and final module introduces practitioners to a model for ethical decision-making.

Ethics Module: Record Keeping Basics

This module describes the record keeping standards of the NHPC, including reasons for record keeping, documentation best practices, and practice-related examples.

Ethics Module: Fraud Prevention

The topic of insurance and health care fraud is an important one for practitioners and members of the NHPC. We all pay for insurance fraud and everyone has an important role to play in preventing and reducing its occurrence.
