This 2-day program offers the opportunity to develop skills and gain confidence to practice hand reflexology for continuing education in Reflexology and self-care. The workshop includes in-class instruction, a comprehensive manual, and hands-on practical sessions.

Prerequisite: Certified Reflexologist

The program is eligible for continuing education credits with NHPC & RAC.

  • Hand Reflexology Fundamentals, such as benefits, contraindications, standards of practice & scope of practice.
  • Hand Anatomy and the role it plays in Reflexive mapping.
  • Hand assessment and observation techniques, and their role in therapy protocols.
  • Common hand pathologies that a Reflexologist may observe.
  • Skills in mapping the Reflexive areas of the hand.
  • Practical training includes finger techniques, stabilizing techniques, and a study of the hand Reflexology therapy sequence.
