You may be interested in learning Ortho-Bionomy (the study and application of the natural laws of life) to help yourself and your clients, family or friends live with less pain. Ortho-Bionomy is rooted in the concepts and principles of Osteopathy, Homeopathy and Martial Arts and can work with all of the person and systems.
You can start by taking one or two classes to experience how effective and gentle it is. No need to commit to the training program until when and if you are ready.
Take one class (2 days) or module (5 days). 3 modules of training per year for 2 years for most of the teaching requirements to become a registered Practitioner.
The first year will give you the required classes to each an associate member level.
