Participants will gain a heightened understanding of diverse pain and dysfunction presentations in these areas. Best practices for assessment and treatment strategies will be emphasized, thereby enhancing treatment efficacy and reducing practitioner stress. Attendees will learn to discern the intricate interplay between tissue health, biomechanics, and psychosocial factors in the context of pain, exercise, and rehabilitation. Moreover, participants will develop the proficiency to adapt their hands on skills to this sensitive area while learning movement skills to tailor treatments, ultimately optimizing patient outcomes. By the end attendees will be equipped to impart invaluable knowledge, treatment strategies and the ability to teach movement modifications for self-management and exercise to their clients.
