Our Beginner Reflexology Course is recognized by the NHPC for modality addition if you have appropriate background training. This course introduces students to the widely practiced grid-style reflexology method, commonly used throughout North America. This structured approach primarily utilizes thumb-walking techniques to deliver a gentle, precise, and therapeutic reflexology session designed to support relaxation, circulation, and overall wellbeing.
Throughout this course, you will gain a strong foundation in reflexology theory, practical techniques, and treatment application. Students will develop the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on skills needed to provide safe and effective reflexology sessions—whether for personal use with friends and family or as a valuable addition to an existing wellness or therapeutic practice.

This is a comprehensive two-day course that includes a practicum component required for certification. Following the in-class training, students will complete a practicum consisting of 25 reflexology treatments performed on friends or family members, along with successful completion of the course workbook. This practicum is designed to support skill development, confidence building, and integration of the techniques learned during the training.
After completion a certificate will be awarded to you, and you will be eligible for 15 credits from NHPC and Reflexology (S) to your list of NHPC recognized modalities. Completion of this program alone does not qualify you for membership with the NHPC, but you may be eligible to add this modality to your insurance coverage if you have completed a related program that is recognized for membership.
Cost of Course: $500 (half of the tuition is required when you register, to hold your spot).
