This two-day experiential workshop provides massage therapists with advanced biomechanical and somatic strategies to deliver deep tissue techniques with improved efficiency and reduced practitioner strain.
Participants will explore principles of tensegrity, spiral force transmission, load vectoring and nervous system-informed touch. Emphasis is placed on skeletal stacking, efficient weight transfer, interoceptive awareness and reducing repetitive strain patterns in clinical practice.
Through guided practicum and supervised application, participants will learn to generate therapeutic depth without excessive pressure, thereby enhancing clinical outcomes while protecting practitioner longevity.
This course supports safe, effective and sustainable manual therapy practice within scope.
