Zen/TCM Shiatsu Practitioner & Therapist Program
It is based on traditional and time honored healing principles from the East, and modern anatomy and physiology theory. Shiatsu consists of specific pressure and stretches applied to the body in order to assess and treat various conditions. Shiatsu treatments have a regulatory influence on the autonomic nervous system, thereby improving organ function and reducing muscle tension. This deep but gentle approach to preventative health care has many long term benefits for people of all ages.
