The Trager Level 1 Intensive is an immersive training in somatic bodywork that teaches you how to work with the body, not imposing on it.
This is not just technique.
This is a practice of presence, listening, and relationship.
Training Dates & Flow
July 5 – July 18
A rhythm of 4 days on, 1 day off to support deep learning and integration:
• July 5 to 8 – Training
• July 9 – Rest day
• July 10 to 13 – Training
• July 14 – Rest day
• July 15 to 18 – Training
July 17 – Assessment Day
with an external certified Trager Tutor

• Deposit: $500 (Partial refund of $150 if canceled within 4 weeks)
• Early Bird: $3000 ( until June 5, 2025 )
• Full Registration: $3500
• $50 membership required with Trager Canada before training
