There’s a moment almost every massage therapist knows: a client is on your table, you’ve done what you were taught, and suddenly you’re thinking, “Okay… what do I do next?” This mentorship is built for that exact moment. Not to give you another protocol to memorize, but to help you develop the clinical thinking, body literacy and confidence to meet the person who is actually in front of you.
Each month, we take massage therapy out of the textbook and into the treatment room. We work with real bodies, real presentations and real questions. You’ll learn how to see more, think clearer, treat smarter and adapt when things don’t go according to plan. I’ll show you what I notice, what I’m considering, why I choose one direction over another—and what I do when my first idea doesn’t work. This is where knowledge starts becoming judgement.
I bring more than 25 years of clinical practice to the room, with training spanning Structural Integration and Myofascial Release, Complete Decongestive Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, somatic therapies, trauma-informed practice and nervous-system-informed care. But I’m not interested in teaching you to practise exactly like me. I want you to become exceptionally good at thinking for yourself. To trust your hands, stay curious, ask better questions and become increasingly comfortable with the complexity of the human body.
Whether you’re still a student, newly graduated and finding your footing, or a seasoned therapist who refuses to stop learning, you’re welcome here. Bring your questions. Mecca Monthly Mentorship

Your membership includes the live monthly mentorship, live clinical demonstration, Q&A and case discussion, monthly clinical tools/resources, and priority access to the demonstration draw. Every month, you can submit your own name or the name of a consenting client you’d love to see assessed and treated. One person is randomly selected from the member pool for that month’s live demonstration.

Not ready to subscribe? Come experience one mentorship class. You’ll attend the full live mentorship, demonstration and Q&A, and you can also submit yourself or a consenting client for the demonstration. If a demo participant is not selected from the monthly-member pool, the draw opens to single-class attendees.
Your case could become the class.
This is one of my favourite parts of the mentorship. I don’t want to know exactly what I’m going to find before someone gets on the table. That’s the point.
You’ll watch me meet a real presentation in real time: assess, notice, question, make decisions, change direction when necessary and explain what I’m thinking as I go.
Sometimes the answer will be clear. Sometimes we’ll find something unexpected. Sometimes the first thing I try won’t work.
That’s clinical practice. And that’s where the learning gets interesting.
