There is a way to deliver sustained myofascial release without asking your thumbs to do the work. Over two hands-on days you will learn the Block Logic Method: how to use a cork therapy block to hold a release long enough for fascia to respond, across the whole body, with your hands out of the line of pressure.
Taught by Shelly Rhoades, RMT, founder of Block Logic Wellness, drawn from 30 years in practice.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
• The Block Logic Timing Rule: what happens at one, three and six minutes, and how to hold a release without forcing it
• Full body application sequences for upper body, low back, glutes, hips, lower limb and feet
• Safe block handling, client positioning and pressure control
• How to teach clients self-application between sessions
• A complete treatment run-through on day two
CEU CREDIT
Eligible for 10 CEUs NHPC
Also approved for 12 CEUs MTAM, 6 CRMTA, and 11.5 MTAS.
