Structural Integration is a method of deep manipulation of the connective tissues of the body. The Ten Session Series is a sequence of ten one hour sessions, each emphasizing specific regions of the body. It is a process of re-organizing the body and re-patterning movement.
The instructor, Lincoln Lau, began his career in the health care field when he graduated in 1995 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, BC. Lincoln is also a graduate of Brandon University in Brandon, Canada, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He completed the Structural Integration training at the Northwest Center for Structural Integration in Portland, Oregon.
