In this class you will be introduced to the principles and practice of myofascial release. Our main focus will be of the cervical superficial skeletal anatomy. A thorough overview of the muscles, attachments and fascial lines. Hands on learning is the best way to retain this knowledge. Tables, linens and anything else needed for the class is provided, as well as lunch. 
 
The main goals of the class is to ensure everyone is comfortable, fed, relaxed and ready to learn and to lend. 
 
A maximum number of 6 participants to ensure inclusivity as well as 1 on 1 focused attention. 
 
Course outline brief overview:
 
Anatomy of superficial cervical skeletal muscles 
 
Fascial descriptions and palpations 
 
Attention to trigger points within fascia
 
Practical application practice with 1 on 1 guidance
