What's Included in the course:

Module 1: Meal Transformation

Module 2: Portion Size & Portion Control

Module 3: Healthy Meals, Weekly Meal Prep & The Perfect Meal Guide.

Module 4: Nutrition Success & A Healthy Mindset

Each Module includes a presentation, accompanied workbook (approx. 1hr/week)relevant weekly task (at least 5 minutes/day), and quiz .

Inside the course container, we set up a supportive closed Facebook group. This is where questions, breakthroughs, a-ha moments can be shared, discussed and celebrated.
