Prerequisite: ITM Level 1: The Foundation of Thai Massage
Duration: 30 Hours
This course expands on the techniques learned in Level 1 to cover Side, Back (Prone) and Sitting positions. Students may learn advanced yoga-like stretching movements for the whole body. Upon completion students will have a substantial foundation of the major positions of Thai massage and can expect to perform a comprehensive 90 to 180 minute Thai massage.
Our courses emphasize hands-on training and practical experience. In addition to working with the instructor and other students, you can practice your new skills on Sirius Health client volunteers on the fourth training day.
We will submit the documentation for all students who complete the practical exams at the end of each course to ITM so that your training is recorded. You will then receive a certificate from ITM at no additional cost. You will then be eligible to continue studying Levels 3 to 5 in Thailand.
