O The fundamentals of how to float someone safely (for you and them).
0 Alignment and body mechanics for working in a fluid environment.
0 Flow, transitions and the basic principles of working in water.
0 An hour long practice sequence, including an opening and a completion.
0 Touch and principles of joining and working with someone in the water.
