Cupping Therapy Level 1: Foundations & Clinical Application

This comprehensive Level 1 course introduces practitioners to the foundational principles and hands-on application of cupping therapy, with a strong focus on safety, efficacy, and clinical adaptability. Rooted in Traditional East Asian Medicine and updated with modern techniques, the course is designed to integrate seamlessly into therapeutic massage and bodywork practices.
Students will primarily work with silicone cups, while plastic cups with suction pumps will also be demonstrated to showcase versatility in treatment. You'll learn to apply cupping at three therapeutic depths and use both static and dynamic (moving) cupping techniques to support circulation, release fascial restrictions, and address muscular tension.
