Job Description:

Namaste Wellness & Day Spa is a well-established wellness spa with over 15 years of excellence. We are seeking two to three motivated Female Registered Massage Therapists (RMT's) to join our team as independent contractors.

This opportunity is ideal for therapists who are hardworking, self-driven, and able to manage their practice with minimal supervision while benefiting from a supportive spa environment.
We welcome applicants from Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario who are open to relocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments, including deep tissue massage
  • Maintain professional standards of care and client retention
  • Actively participate in self-promotion and practice growth
  • Maintain accurate treatment notes and professional conduct
  • Be open to learning additional modalities and holistic therapies
  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Female Registered Massage Therapist (licensed or eligible for licensing in Alberta)
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic and deep tissue techniques
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Interest in holistic wellness and Ayurvedic therapies is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
