Bare Foot Massage and Aesthetics is a new wellness spa focused on foot reflexology and relaxation
massage, creating a calm, high-quality, and welcoming experience for every guest.
We are hiring Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and Non-RMT Foot Reflexology Specialists to
join our growing team. You will provide professional massage services with a strong emphasis on foot
reflexology.
Training in Bare’s foot reflexology techniques will be provided for non-RMT team members.
RMTs will also provide insurance receipts and maintain treatment documentation as required.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality foot reflexology and relaxation massage services
• Provide a warm, client-focused experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Support smooth daily spa operations
• For RMTs only: Issue insurance receipts and complete treatment notes
Compensation
• Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs): $30/hour + gratuity
• Non-RMT Foot Reflexology Specialists: $18/hour + gratuity
