Elemental Recovery & Spa is a new luxury hydrotherapy and wellness destination opening soon in Edmonton. Our modern Nordic-inspired space is designed to provide a calm, elevated, and restorative environment for both clients and practitioners. We are seeking Registered Massage Therapists (RMT)s who are passionate about therapeutic care and client experience. This is an opportunity to practice in a tranquil, design-forward spa setting where your work is supported by strong branding, a steady flow of wellness-oriented clients, and a culture that prioritizes both guest satisfaction and practitioner wellbeing.

Responsibilities
- Provide 45, 60, 90, and 120-minute therapeutic massage treatments
- Deliver customized treatment plans based on client goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate SOAP notes
- Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Support the elevated guest experience from arrival to departure
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized Alberta regulatory body
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to punctuality, presentation, and professionalism
- Passion for wellness, recovery, and luxury client care
