We have a room for rent available immediately.
The room size is approximately 156 sq. ft. (12’ x 13’). The room is furnished with a treatment table and storage unit.
We’re looking for an experienced registered massage therapist and/or acupuncturist to join our practice and rent space as a subcontractor. This is what we're looking for specifically:
- Someone who has years of experience and already has a clientele built up.
- Someone who is confident, humble, intelligent, honest, trustworthy, professional, and low maintenance.
- Someone who has a great sense of humour and can handle my twisted sense of humour.
- I'm open to a person part-time or full-time
Details of contract (percent of billings) will depend on experience, how many of your existing clients you bring in, laundry (sheets; whether we have to do it or you do it), equipment and supplies you bring in, etc.
The rental agreement would be for a full-time or part-time rental with hours to be discussed and agreed upon.
- Practitioner must be in good standing with their college/association and be able to provide their own proof of insurance.
- Practitioner is responsible (for the most part) for their own bookings and collections of payment. We operate with Jane clinic software and online booking is available. In-person booking is mostly done by the practitioner.
