Bodhi Wellness is a boutique wellness spa in the heart of Canmore, offering dynamic, restorative treatments that help clients feel their best - on the trails, the slopes, and in everyday life.
Our vision is to blend recovery and relaxation, providing client-centered therapeutic massage that supports long-term healing and whole-body wellbeing, all in a calming mountain spa setting.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a grounded, caring, and enthusiastic RMT to bring fresh energy to our team.

- High Earning Potential - Commission starts at $67/hour + gratuities. Our clients typically tip 15-25%, and RMTs keep 100% of tips.

Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re passionate about helping people feel and function at their best.
- You bring a warm, intuitive, and professional presence to your work.
- You’re based in Canmore, (or plan to relocate soon). Preference given to Bow Valley candidates.
- You’ve completed a 2200 hour accredited massage therapy program.
- You’re registered with an Alberta-recognized massage association (MTAA, NHPC, CMMOTA, CRMTA) or eligible for registration.
- We welcome new graduates! You’ll find a supportive space to apply your skills, contribute fresh ideas, and learn from experienced peers.
