Regular

Membership Dues: $300.00 (plus taxes determined by province of residence)
Mandatory Insurance: $80 (Medical Malpractice)
Optional Insurance: $30 (Medical Malpractice Upgrade to $5 Million Coverage), $40 (Commercial General Liability), $290 (Contents), and/or $24 (Accidental Death and Dismemberment)
* Tax on insurance determined by province of residence

Associate

Membership Dues: $150.00 (plus taxes determined by province of residence)
Optional Insurance: $24 (Accidental Death and Dismemberment)
* Tax on insurance determined by province of residence

Student

Membership Dues: No fee
Optional Insurance: $65 (Medical Malpractice), $40 (Commercial General Liability), $290 (Contents), and/or $24 (Accidental Death and Dismemberment)
* Tax on insurance determined by province of residence
