What is your Cancellation Policy?
All cancellations requests must be submitted to the NHPC in writing or by email by on April 19, 2024. Cancellations submitted by this deadline will be entitled to an 80% refund.
Cancellations received after April 19, 2024, or "no shows" (registrants who do not attend the event) will not be eligible for a refund/credit or reimbursed in any way.
The NHPC will process all refunds after the event. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Cancellations for registrations that have been paid for by cheque will be refunded by cheque. Please note that cheques can take up to four weeks to process.
Additional fee events and/or tickets purchased individually are non-refundable.
Should the event be cancelled due to natural disasters or other causes beyond the NHPC’s control, the NHPC will make every effort to reschedule. Any registration payments will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled event, the NHPC will provide a full refund upon your written request.
Can I attend the Gala without attending the entire conference?
Absolutely. Please select the Gala ticket optional item and purchase the number of gala tickets you would like.
What is the dress code for the Gala?
The Radiant Life Gala is black and gold.
What meals are included at this event?
In an effort to reduce wasted food, the Gala dinner tickets are not included with any conference pass. Please purchase Gala tickets separately when you register for your conference pass.
The following meals will be provided to those who attend sessions on the following days:
- Monday, June 3
- Morning Break: 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 4
- Morning Break: 10:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Afternoon Break: 3:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 5
- Morning Break:10:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Afternoon Break: 3:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Other meals are not included, but there are restaurants on-site at the hotel and nearby the conference venue.
Can I change workshops?
Due to high demand of our workshops, we strongly encourage you to go review the available workshops before making a selection.
If you need to change to your workshop selection, you will be charged a change fee of $70. We cannot guarantee spots for the workshop of your choice when changing registration.

What is the final day that I can register for this conference?
Online registration will close on May 19, 2024. If you wish to register for this event after May 19, 2024, please do so at the Conference Registration Desk at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton from June 3 to 5, 2024.
When does the Early Bird rate end?
The early bird rate ends on March 31, 2024.
Do I have to pay to complete my registration?
Yes, payment must be processed before your conference registration is complete.
Can I attend the Monday activities (Guided Meditation, Tradeshow, Ethics workshop, etc.) without purchasing a pass?
Please select the Free Meditate and Mingle Monday pass. This allows us to properly cater for those who will be in attendance, even if you are not purchasing a paid pass.
