Managing Your Massage Therapy Business
Presenter: Kelly Cabrera
Delivery: in-person only
Friday, June 5, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MDT (one day)
Massage therapy education provides a strong clinical foundation. This full-day workshop builds on that strength by helping practitioners better understand the business side of practice and how it functions day to day.
This session recognizes that running a practice is a distinct role from providing treatment. Attendees will learn how to step back and evaluate their business model, strengthen profitability, and create operational boundaries that support long-term sustainability.
Through guided workbook exercises, financial mapping, and live visual teaching, participants will examine revenue structure, scheduling efficiency, expense awareness, and client retention systems in a practical and straightforward way.
Rather than adding more to your plate, this workshop organizes business management into simple, workable components. Participants will leave with a realistic 90-day action plan designed to reduce unnecessary stress and build a practice that gives back energy instead of taking more from it.
Ideal for therapists in private practice or those preparing for growth.
